Seminar contents

With the advent of generative AI, we are now in an era where data analysis is easily accessible to anyone. It is no exaggeration to say that competitive advantage in the future will depend on how well we use AI. In this environment, the world is filled with tips such as prompt techniques, but this alone will not allow us to truly master AI and achieve reproducible results.

What truly needs to be questioned is the thinking of individuals who use AI and the way organizations utilize it. What kind of thinking should the next generation of leaders expect from individuals, and what kind of organizations should they build?

In this session, we will discuss the book 'Data analysis thinking to target and increase salesTogether with the six top marketers who appeared in "[Title of the book]", we will delve deeper into this fundamental question. Starting with the knowledge and experience cultivated through practice, we will discuss the ideal team model in the age of AI. This session will help you create a "guideline" for next-generation management that will lead to actionable steps starting tomorrow.
