  4. If an individual or their agent requests the suspension of use of or deletion of retained personal data that identifies the individual, we will respond appropriately if we find that the request is justified.
  5. If an individual or their agent requests that we stop providing retained personal data that identifies that individual to a third party, we will respond appropriately if we find that the request is justified.
