The "XICA WAY" is a code of conduct that XICA members must follow to achieve our vision and mission, and also a code of conduct that will enable XICA members to develop their talents.

There are a total of 12 XICA WAYs, and each one is not independent; each connection has meaning. This structure is diagrammed in the "correlation diagram."

In addition, each XICA WAY has a specific action, "Do," set out to encourage understanding and practice of the XICA WAY and to utilize it in daily life.

This article was written to convey to XICA members why we want them to embody our code of conduct, the "XICA WAY." This time, we decided to publish the article for internal use as is to provide a deeper understanding of XICA to those who are interested in the company.
