In today's feed, I would like to talk a little about how to work as a web marketer, which we are also recruiting for at XICA.

At XICA, we provide a budget of 30,000 yen per year for talent development expenses as an opportunity for employees' career development. Basically, you are free to use the 30,000 yen however you like. Some people use it for exam fees or seminars, while others have applied for it to help buy a 3D printer (laughs). We want you to use it for anything that will help you grow.

We also hold regular study sessions on statistics. Our company is a company that has statistics at its core, so it may seem like a given, but we use statistics as a communication tool.
