(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshizawa Takeharu; hereinafter referred to as FullSpeed) as a partner in the digital advertising field for ADVA, an ad solution that is committed to results using data provided by XICA.

On the other hand, FullSpeed is a "technical internet advertising agency" that operates a web consulting business while also developing and providing its own proprietary ad technology, and has a particularly strong track record of providing support in the healthcare field.
