Is that decision-making becoming an "asset"? | Takashi Nawa and Yoshiaki Hirao appear on NewsPicks program

In the media

Yoshiaki Hirao, CEO of XICA, and Takashi Nawa, Senior Advisor, appeared on the economic news platform NewsPicks' program "New Session." The theme was"Is that decision-making process turning into an 'asset'? Winning management strategies in the age of AI.".

Investment in AI has progressed, yet performance hasn't improved. The program points out that the reason for this is that "AI is limited to improving operational efficiency and hasn't been able to reach management decision-making." Even deep conversations between individuals and AI won't contribute to the accumulation of organizational knowledge unless the background and reasons behind the decisions are recorded. Both successes and failures, along with their reasons, can only become the basis for future decisions once they are recorded.

In this session, we discuss how to transform decision-making into an organizational asset by aligning the "Möbius Model" proposed by Mr. Nawa with the "AI Decision Engine (AIDE)" concept being developed by XICA.

This is an intensive 45-minute session that will prompt you to re-examine the very process of management decision-making.
