XICA gave a lecture on the theme of "8 basic steps" to realize data-driven internal and external collaboration and co-creation examples. The 8 Steps proposed by XICA basically represent the process of data analysis, but they can also be used as a process for "collaboration and co-creation," which is the theme of this article. We included examples of how data was used as a hub to realize internal and external collaboration and co-creation, as well as the creation of business results, and explained know-how that can be utilized in each company's marketing.
