With a history of over 20 years, Brand Summit brings together industry experts in an off-site setting, where they stay overnight and discuss the next trends, innovations, the latest case studies, challenges, and solutions.

This time, the theme will be "Data with Insight," and we will explore how to visualize factors that influence brand selection, such as consumer emotions, empathy, and the quality of the experience, and reflect these in communications and various measures. We will delve deeper into how to increase brand value by combining data-driven thinking with an understanding of people and emotions and interpreting the "movements of the heart." S.T. Co., Ltd. boasts an overwhelming share of the insect repellent market. Hiroshi Kozuki
Representative Director and President of S.T. Corporation

After graduating from the Department of Economics, Faculty of Political Science and Economics, Meiji University, he joined S.T. Co., Ltd. in April 1987. He has a wide range of experience in sales, corporate planning, marketing, R&D, global marketing, business management, and corporate communications. During his time in marketing (2000), he worked on the company's current flagship products, Deodorizer and Deodorizing Charcoal. In September 2021, he was appointed Representative Director and President of S.T. PRO Co., Ltd., which handles commercial products. He implemented structural reforms and led the company to growth. He was appointed Representative Executive Officer and President on June 20, 2023.

Yoshiaki Hirao

Graduated from the Faculty of Policy Management, Keio University. After experiencing the bankruptcy of the company his father worked for, he discovered the potential for management support through statistical analysis that he encountered while at university, and founded XICA Inc. in 2012.
