About Advertising Week Asia 2025 

"Advertising Week" is one of the world's largest premier marketing and communications events, covering areas such as advertising, media, CR and marketing.  

First held in New York in 2004, it has been held annually in major cities around the world, attracting approximately 16 advertising and business professionals throughout the year. 

The Asian version of this event is "Advertising Week Asia." This year marks the 10th anniversary of the event, which will be held in collaboration with the Japan Advertisers Association (JAA) at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo over three days from December 2nd (Tuesday) to December 4th (Thursday).

About the session in which XICA will be speaking 

XICA will be speaking at the Keynote session on Tuesday, December 3rd from 9:30-10:10, titled "Next-generation management required in the AI ​​era: How to lead the evolution of individuals and organizations." 

With the advent of generative AI, we are now in an era where data analysis is easily accessible to anyone. It is no exaggeration to say that competitive advantage in the future will depend on how well we use AI. In this environment, the world is filled with tips such as prompt techniques, but this alone will not allow us to truly master AI and achieve reproducible results. 

What really needs to be questioned is the mindset of the individuals who use AI and the state of the organizations that will utilize it. What kind of thinking should next-generation leaders expect from individuals, and what kind of organizations should they build? 

In this session, we will explore this fundamental question together with six top marketers featured in the book "Data Analysis: A Way of Thinking to Target Sales Growth." Drawing on the knowledge and experience gained through practice, we will discuss the ideal team image in the age of AI.
